Our Program

We offer immersive cooking courses that explore the rich traditions of Balinese cuisine through both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Our vegetarian course covers dishes like Lawar, Gado-Gado, and Sate Lilit, using fresh, organic produce and traditional techniques. The non-vegetarian course features classics such as Babi Guling, Ayam Betutu, and Ikan Bakar Jimbaran, highlighting the island’s unique spices and cooking methods. Led by expert local chefs, our courses include market tours and cultural insights, providing a comprehensive and authentic culinary experience.

9:00 am visit Klungkung market (the second biggest market in Bali)

10:00 am rice paddy trekking and pick vegetable in organic garden.

11:00 am cooking class start. Then lunch time

After lunch swim in the river (optional)
